CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP
- Placement of materials on tables for all attendees/participants
- Optional: Up to 2 Hours of educational presenting time at a Semi-annual PTRA Conference
- The time is intended for organizations to provide attendees a quality learning opportunity (accreditation managed by PTRA)
- Three to five minutes of podium time to provide overview of company/services at each Semi-annual PTRA Conference
- An advertising table to display promotional materials (table provided by PTRA)
- Recognition in event notices to all members/non-members
- Exposure to your organization: company logo on the PTRA website with link
- Post-session: one post-session email to attendees, including the presenter’s direct contact information and slides (if provided)
- Investment: $1,500 per Conference
ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP
- Placement of materials on tables for all participants
- Three to five minutes of podium time to provide overview of company/services at each Semi-annual PTRA Conference (Optional)
- An advertising table to display promotional materials (table provided by PTRA)
- Recognition in event notices to all members/non-members
- Exposure to your organization: company logo on the PTRA website with link
- Dedicated emails: quarterly emails to PTRA membership identifying and thanking the Annual Sponsors
- Investment: $500 annually
- Exposure to over 300 HR professionals in the Compensation/Benefits/Total Rewards fields representing over 70 companies in the Pittsburgh region
